Shipping Policy

We apply this policy to physical orders from our United States store. Preparation normally takes approximately 1–2 business days; estimated delivery then takes 3–5 business days. These estimates are not delivery guarantees. Free shipping applies only if checkout confirms eligibility.

Before ordering, check that your address, email and phone are accurate. Available tracking updates will be provided using your order details. Destination, carrier, parcel-size or legal restrictions can limit service.

Tell us if tracking is delayed, a parcel is lost, a delivered parcel cannot be found, or goods arrive damaged. Include your order number, checkout email, destination and tracking number. Retain the packaging and send damage photos so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
